Inexpensive Fall Candle

It's Fall y'all!!!
 And you could not talk to anyone happier about it. :-)
  I've been salivating over everything Fall for the past 100-degree-miserable months.
You can imagine my ecstasy when Labor Day weekend turned into the cool eighties for us here in OK.
A Godsend for sure!
I've been itching to get the house looking like September is here and I have lots in store to show you.

Today, I'm going to share my cheapskate way of creating an easy 44-cent candle that'll make your house smell like sweater weather is really here.

Are you ready?

All you need is:

~ A jar
{Any will do, but I used a small canning jar.}

~ 44-cent candle from Wal Mart.
{Found in the candle section of Home Goods.}

Yep...those are little teeth marks from none-other-than-chipmunk-Shiloh.
If you want to borrow a taste tester for ALL your products while shopping...I'll let you borrow her.

Simply place you candle in the jar and light it.  It will melt down into the jar and last you for a good few days.  Mine is "Mulled Cider" and it smells just lovely on my kitchen table.
Best 44 cents I've ever spent!

Oh, and my friend and I were talking about reusing the jar when the candle has melted all the way down and she said freezing the jar for about 10 minutes will make your leftover wax pop right back out.
